Oooh! It's raining again! And today would have been a good day for a really long walk.
Today's update:
Points: 18 (It is possible to eat low points like this by eating 0 and low point food, like veggies. If I did it every day I'd have to shoot myself, and it's really not even a very good idea to do it on a continuous basis. Your body needs certain things like healthy oils, proteins, etc. that are higher in points. But every once in a very great while, like when I'm trying to recover from a binge like yesterday's, I'll do it. Hooray for carrots.)
Exercise: I did get a walk in when it stopped raining for a while, so that made me happy.
I did my Pilates Intermediate Mat DVD.
Yesterday, when I was doing the Pilates Weight Loss DVD, I noticed that it was pretty much the same workout except for a few exercises. So after I did the Intermediate Mat DVD, I skipped through the Weight Loss DVD and did the few exercises on it that are not on Intermediate.
After that I did a Pilates Abs DVD, which was so hard I couldn't do half of the exercises! :P After all these weeks of Pilates I seriously would have thought I could have done better than that, but no. It was not to be, and today I feel like kicking Ana Caban again.

I have been on Quick Weight Loss Diet for a little over a month and my total weight loss is 26lbs to date. Thanks to a friend of mine, I decided to start the Insanity Workout DVD's. I feel like I am going to die! Anyway, I made it thru 3/4 of the Fit test and damn near passed out! This is what I looked like after 30 minutes of cool down.

Kathy Smith - Weight Loss Workout [VHS]






This hour with Kathy Smith will get you sweating, burning fat, dropping pounds, and strengthening muscles. This moderate-intensity workout includes both aerobics and strength training. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn, and the combination of aerobics and strength training burns more calories than either alone. Smith offers both beginning and advanced modifications so you can work at your own pace. Insets give helpful alignment tips. You start with an 8-minute warm up, then you work your arms with weights for 6 minutes. Four different aerobic segments follow, totaling 30 minutes. Most of the aerobic moves are simple and frequently repeated, with no difficult choreography until the last segment, which becomes dancier. After the aerobics, you do standing legwork for 5 minutes, add weights for another 5 minutes, and cool down for 6 minutes.
